Duplicates in QOpcUaNode::browseFinished

    Description

      A simple browse towards an OPC/UA sample server gives duplicates. This can be stripped down to:

      A single connect like:

      connect(mOpcNode.get(), &QOpcUaNode::browseFinished, this, &TreeItem::browseFinished);

      gives duplicates in slot's parameter `QVector<QOpcUaReferenceDescription>`
