Pregenerated QML cache files are not loaded on Android

    Description

      On Android, qmlc files placed next to qml files in the assets/ directory are ignored. This makes qml cache pre-population (qmlcachegen) ineffective.

      This change was introduced to fix QTBUG-58223, likely to avoid attempts to write to that location.
