When the bounds behavior of a ListView is to stop at bounds, then changing the current index in more than single increments can mean it stops short

When the bounds behavior of a ListView is to stop at bounds, then changing the current index in more than single increments can mean it stops short. In the attached example, pressing the right arrow key 3 times then the left arrow key 3 times should put it back to the top of the ListView. However it is slightly off as it believes it to be at the top of the ListView although it is not.
