QGtk3FileDialogHelper (And I assume other QGtk3 helpers) fails to be modal to the parent (but the parent does refuse input until the dialog is dismissed). This was originally discovered whilst working on Mu a PyQt project main issue here but I've ruled out PyQt as this only seems to affect the Gtk helper and can be reproduced in C++.
