[REG: 5.11->5.12] Javascript const variables are broken in dev

    Description

      Seems that now the value of x is undefined with latest from dev branch:

      .pragma library
const x = 123;

      import QtQml 2.0
import "js.js" as JS
QtObject {
 Component.onCompleted: console.log(JS.x);
}

          Bug - A problem which impairs or prevents the functions of the product. QTBUG-74068 [REG 5.11->5.12.0]: Using Qt.include() does not work correctly as it will give a reference error when trying to access a variable defined in it
