Provide possibility to create promoted widget using drag'n'drop from Widget Box

    Description

      Most newbies in Qt cannot find "promote to..." without hint from expert. I think that is good idea to place meta widget like "Custom Widget" to the Widget Box. When user drops it to the form dialog like "promote to..." pops up automatically.
