Documentation for setTimeZone is a bit wrong

      I hope is the right place to report a documentation bug.

      This is wrong, The datetime will refer to a different point in time.
      After chaning timezone the internal toTime_t / toUTC, SystemLocale are still the same, it just change the toString or ISO rapresentation.
      So is the same point in time
