when program with QWebEngineView crashes, QtWebEngineProcess.exe stays alive and consumes CPU time

    Description

      reproducible with webengine example minimal:
      start minimal.exe
      open Windows task manager and kill minimal.exe
      QtWebEngineProcess.exe remains alive for indefinite time and consumes up to a complete CPU core
      This behaviour was not observed with Qt 5.9
