      KDE bug 229261: Print to file paper size setting reverts to A4 every time

      That bug is that every time when printing the paper size is set incorrectly to A4.

      Their conclusion is:
      this is not a bug in any of the KDE components, but the behaviour comes from the underlying Qt print dialog
