QDesktopServices::openUrl() does not open file which contains # in path

    Description

      QDesktopServices::openUrl(QUrl("file:////Users/user/Desktop/#Test.pdf")) - just opens folder Users/user/Desktop instead of opening the file in the default app.

      Works well on Windows, but does not work on MAC( at least 10.13.3)
