QDoc doesn't expand macros passed to commands

      Passing a macro to a QDoc command gives unexpected results. For example,

      \qmlmodule \qtver

       results in the following import statement:

      import QtLocation \qtver.0

      the qtver macro should expand to the value held by the macro. Tested on 5.9, 5.11, and dev branches, with same result.
