QNAM fails to retrieve non-normalized URLs

Details

    Description

      QNAM (for example, using the "download" example) returns 404 trying to retrieve URLs such as
      "https://www.arcgis.com/sharing/rest/content/items/4cf7e1fb9f254dcda9c8fbadb15cf0f8/resources/styles/../sprites/sprite.png"

      other tools such as chrome, firefox, wget succeed without problems.
