    Description

Some symbolic links (*.lnk) do not have a valid target file (note that `QFileInfo.exists(link_file)` returns `false`) but they are still valid. For example a link to the installed Microsoft Edge which is on my Desktop folder is not in the form of a link to executable but has some other form (a bit odd, at first I did not even know this is possible). The problem however is that for such odd links `QFileIconProvider` does not return a valid and correct icons (compared to what I see in Windows File Explorer).
