Description
In Chromium, when a popup is blocked, there's a "popup blocked" notification in the omnibar which allows to still open the popup after the fact.
With QtWebEngine, if JavascriptCanOpenWindows is set to false, it's not possible to get any kind of notification about a blocked popups. There should probably be some popupBlocked signal, ideally with some way to allow the blocked popup anyways.
