Description
Install 5.12 snapshot, MSVC binaries (2017 x64 tested), and try to launch qdoc.exe. Launch fails with error dialog:
"The code execution cannot proceed becausse libclang.dll was not found.."
Launching qdoc.exe from 5.11.1 binaries on same env does not show the error.
