(Very) Fast scrolling with mouse wheel not properly registered

if i scroll slow or with low normal speed, everthing is fine. If i scroll fast, i scroll slower because the scrolling seems to be not registered.

In the first part of the movie i scroll slow or with low normal speed, when i open the combebox for the second time, i tried to scroll fast. You will notice it best if you try it yourself.
