Boot to Qt - E-bike demo is not optimised for different screen sizes

    Description

      In the new Boot to Qt image (5.11.1) there an e-bike demo. It seems that it was added there untouched from the original one which was done for a specific screen size.

      Here's how it looks like on 15.6" screen:

      Here's how it looks like on 7" screen:

      Better, but labels still overlap.
