QMacCocoaViewContainer totally broken in Qt 5.11.x

      QMacCocoaViewContainer does not work anymore in Qt 5.10 and 5.11. It works well with Qt 5.9.  The imbedded cocoaview doesn't show at all. See attached example, which is from the original examples from an early version of Qt (I don't remember which one).
