QDialog with WindowStaysOnTopHint appears below QFileDialog::getSaveFileName after first call

Bug Description:

When a QDialog has the WindowStaysOnTopHint, calls made to QFileDialog::getSaveFileName after the first call when cancelled are placed underneath the QDialog making it unusable.

Instructions to recreate bug:

1. Click on the push button
2. QFileDialog window appears on top of the QDialog. All is well.
3. Click on Cancel.
4. Click on the push button again.
5. QFileDialog window appears below QDialog with no way to move the dialog making the window unusable.
