Description
agent:2018/08/15 11:05:32 build.go:187: QDEBUG : tst_QTimeZone::transitionEachZone(Europe/Dublin@2010) [ 0.000 D] default tst_QTimeZone::transitionEachZone - Failing for "Europe/Dublin" at half past 0 UTC agent:2018/08/15 11:05:32 build.go:187: FAIL! : tst_QTimeZone::transitionEachZone(Europe/Dublin@2010) Compared values are not the same agent:2018/08/15 11:05:32 build.go:187: Actual (here - stamp / 1000): -3600 agent:2018/08/15 11:05:32 build.go:187: Expected (0) : 0 agent:2018/08/15 11:05:32 build.go:187: Loc: [tst_qtimezone.cpp(526)]
The timezone seems to be UTC as it should, but Yast2's Clock and TimeZone settings tell me that the Region is USA and TimeZone is Eastern (New York). However, a checkbox is checked that "Hardware Clock Set to UTC". Running "timedatectl" shows me that we're using UTC as Time zone. And thirdly "Settings -> Configure Desktop -> Regional Settings -> Date & Time -> Time Zone tells me that we're using Etc/UTC. The time is 3 hours behind us in EEST, so I think it is actually UTC.
