Add a variable that will allow the setting of the whole bundle identifier as a string

Add a variable that will allow the setting of the whole bundle identifier as a string, this would override the individual settings if set and enable those who know what they are doing to set this easily to save time. Something like QMAKE_BUNDLE_IDENTIFIER for instance.
