qmake mixes usage of relative and absolute paths when it comes to build rules and dependencies

      When qmake generates a makefile for a pro file which resides in a different directory then it will mix absolute and relative paths when generating the makefile. Building the whole application works fine, but if only part of it is indicated to be built (such as an object file) then it can fail.
