Add a case sensitivity flag for sorting the entries in FolderListModel

      Add a case sensitivity flag for sorting the entries in FolderListModel. The existing flag only applies to the filter, but having one that utilizes QDir::IgnoreCase when doing the sorting would be nice to have.
