Enable Shallow Clone Support in Init-Repository Script

      I would like to be able to use fresh builds of Qt without cloning the entire history. It can take a few hours for a fresh clone to complete.

      To implement this, I suggest adding a shallow clone flag to the `init-repository` script that passes `-depth 1` to the submodule clone commands.
