Re-add support for libraries with _debug in filename on Unix

One of our customers would like to have a configure option to build debug Qt libraries with _debug in their names. They build statically, so they must relink to switch from release to debug builds, and changing the library name breaks their build system.

Many of our larger customers also build statically, so this is probably more broadly useful to our customers.
