tst_QLocale::macDefaultLocale fails when setting timezone to GMT

      When trying to set timezone to GMT we end up with:

      FAIL!  : tst_QLocale::macDefaultLocale() 'timeString.contains(expectedGMTSpecifier) || timeString.contains(expectedGMTSpecifierZeroExtended)' returned FALSE. (timeString `1:02:03 AM GMT', expectedGMTSpecifier `GMT+0' or `GMT+00')
