    Description

      Licenses for packages that deviate from the normal "Commercial OR LGPLv3" license should be documented in the the installer.

      This affects

      • "Qt Charts" which is "Commercial OR GPLv3"
      • "Qt VirtualKeyboard", which is "Commercial OR GPLv3"
      • "Qt DataVisualisation", which is "Coommercial OR GPLv3"
      • "Qt Script", which is "Commercial AND LGPLv2.0"
      • "Qt WebEngine", which is "(Commercial OR LGPLv3) AND LGPLv2.1 AND other licenses"

      PROPOSAL
      Add to the description of components in the installer:

      Qt Charts, Qt VirtualKeyboard, Qt DataVisualization

      "This component is available under commercial licenses from The Qt Company, or under GPL v3. For open source use, please note the additional requirements compared to LGPL v3".

      QtScript:

      "This component contains Third-Party Content licensed under LGPLv2.0. Please note the additional requirements of the license."

      Qt WebEngine:

      "This component contains Third-Party Content licensed under LGPLv2.1. Please note the additional requirements of the license."
