qdoc.exe is not building during qtbase

      Hi all,

      I'm struggeling to build the qdoc.exe while Qt / qtbase is building. Therefore I'm not able to run successfully nmake docs

      I know, that the qdoc.exe is now optional and as far as I know LLVM and Clang is needed.

      I've installed the pre build bin of LLVM 6.0.1 with Clang, LLD, etc. included.

      Before calling configure I've setup a env. var. called: LLVM_INSTALL_DIR
      It's pointing to: C:\Program Files\LLVM
      Furthermore I've added "C:\Program Files\LLVM\bin" to the path variable.

      Am I still missing something?
