Supported Platforms page should contain a note for exceptions

      Perhaps in notes column, it could tell if a system or build does not have WebEngine support. For example, WebEngine since Qt 5.10 has not been working on RHEL 6.6, and on Windows side it does not work with older msvc compilers.
