Sort qmlplugindump components/content to avoid noise in diffs

      Whenever I run qmlplugindump, the order of its contents changes seemingly randomly. For example:

      https://codereview.qt-project.org/#/c/239905/9..10//ALL

      It would be easier to review and just generally spot what's changed if the order of the contents was stable across runs.
