Creating a QApplication with Qt5.11.2 blocks for a very short time any other QApplication running at Ubuntu

    • This was tested with 3 differnts PC's using Ubunut. All pc's showed same issue with Qt5.1.2

      In Ubuntu, when a new QApplication is created/instantied with "QApplication app(argc, argv);" any other Qt application running at the moment blocks for a very short time. It's really a very very short time, but still perceptive cause app really blocks for some milliseconds. This happen only with Qt Applications. and only with version 5.11.2. With Qt5.9.6 this problem dosen't happen.
