    Description

      Steps to replicate:

      1) Create a new user with a non-ASCII username in Windows 10

      2) Create basic Qt demo application

      3) Insert QFileDialog::getExistingDirectory(nullptr, "Where do you want to save the package?", "Where do you want to save the package?");

      Observe errors when you launch the application in Debug mode. Release mode does not have them.
