PDF: When the opacity is set on a QPainter then it appears to be ignored when rendering with either QPDFWriter or QPrinter (to PDF)

      PDF: When the opacity is set on a QPainter then it appears to be ignored when rendering with either QPDFWriter or QPrinter (to PDF). Rendering to an image is fine as this respects the opacity setting.
