QMainWindow central widget not resizing properly after restoreState

      When using a QMainWindow with QDockWidgets the central widget does not resize properly if we restore the window state from a previous state.

      When the DockWidgets are hidden the central widget does not occupy the whole area. 

      This used to work in Qt 5.9.5.

      Attached is a small app that demonstrates this.
