expand submenu and change menu only on click

      It is difficult for me to move mouse exactly horizontally, vertically and in right corner. It would be nice to have option to expand submenus and change menus only on click, not on hover over item.

      Now I am using kde 5.45 plasma on opensuse leap 15.0.

      I'm not sure what QT components belongs it.
