High CPU usage when hovering over a submenu

    Description

      If you hover the mouse over a submenu entry, the CPU suddenly consumes 100% of a single core.

      I've also been testing a sample program on VirtualBox with Vista, Win7, Win10 and since I couldn't reproduce this behavior there, I think it's somehow related to the GPU or the driver!?
