Windows: Full screen mode main window resizing inconsistency

    Description

      After switching main window from Maximized mode to Full Screen mode and then back, it resize first to Normal and then to Maximized again. Howewer when swich main window from Normal to Full Screen and back, it only resizes one time. (see mainWindowJumpingFullScreen.mp4). Same behaviour can be observed in Qt Creator. 

      This is realy visible when you have a lot of graphical repainting in main window.

      To test an issue, you can use mainwindow.zip project.
