Unable to build examples with MSVC2013 x64 binaries with opensource license, licheck fails

Install 5.9.7 MSVC2013 x64 binaries with opensource account. Launch Creator and try to build any of the examples, build fails with: 'License check failed! Giving up ...'

Open installer and login with enterprise account (cancel installer, just update licenses on machine), try to build some other example -> example gets build.

If installer is opened once more and logged in with opensource account, example build fails again.

All other Windows binaries work fine, issue is valid only with the MSVC2013 x64 binaries.
