      bitcoin-core hangs forever when calling QSslConfiguration::defaultConfiguration() inside of the futex system call.

      The problem goes away, if a call to QSslSocket::sslLibraryVersionString(); is made before the call to QSslConfiguration::defaultConfiguration().
      The sslLibraryVersionString() call returns an empty string for the first call. Subsequent calls return the OpenSSL version string. "OpenSSL 1.1.1 11 Sep 2018".
