Mouse pointer increases in size when over a Qt Wayland Gnome window

      When the mouse pointer is moved over a Qt Wayland window, the mouse pointer size increases. Left show pointer over a non Qt Wayland surface and right shows pointer over Qt Wayland surface.  Effect is achieved by moving the mouse.

      Using Fedora 28, GNOME Shell 3.28.3 and wayland-protocols-devel 1.14-1.fc28
