      For some reason SQLITE_OMIT_LOAD_EXTENSION is defined since ages when building the sqlite plugin. This prevents the usage of some customization possibilities, e.g. injecting data by using virtual tables that are implemented as an extension.

      If there's no technical or security reason for this limitation this define should be removed.
