Port Qml Map gesture area to input handlers or provide example

The Qml Map gesture area is again broken with Qt 5.12 (QTBUG-65648). I think either the area should be converted to the new Input Handlers, or at least provide an example application which shows how to manually do all the gesture stuff using input handlers (I don't know if this is possible at all).
