Build error - 'OCIBindByPos2' was not declared in this scope

      Trying to build Qt 5.12.0 beta 1 from source on RHEL7.2.

      Compilation fails in qsql_oci.cpp with 'OCIBindByPos2" not declared. Using Oracle instant client headers and libraries version 11.1.

      Setup works fine with Qt 5.6.1.

      Full environment details and build log in attachment.

      Would like to switch to this LTS version.

      Any advice appreciated.
