save.png icons in Qt have a floppy disk with the wrong corner cut away

The following icons in qtbase match the attached upload:

As can be seen from Googling for real 3.5" floppy disks, the cut corner is on the wrong side. A colleague said, "it's going to annoy the heck out of anyone old enough to remember floppy disks because the wrong corner is cut away"

The icon at ./examples/widgets/tutorials/notepad/images/save.png is correct.
