QDateTimeEdit should have more notifications for member changes

      When setting the maximum/minimum date/time/date-time or when the Qt::TimeSpec is modified the QDateTimeEdit doesn't emit any signals about the change(s).

      It'd be much appreciated if notification signals are added to the control.
