QFileDialog_getSaveFileName

When calling QFileDialog in static mode, getSaveFileName, 

in the case where the current directory is changed, and a new directory is created, and a new filename is created in that directory,

the resulting returned value is only the path to the new directory, the filename is not included.

Discovered in rnotes.ring editor.
