QLocale::LongFormat causes QTime formatting to include the seconds for QTime values on UNIX (as opposed to ShortFormat). The documentation mentions only the impact on QDate formatting (expanding month/day names, etc).
However, note that on Windows, seconds are apparently included by default in the ShortFormat formatting as well, so, a platform-dependent chart would be required.
