Reg 5.11.2 -> 5.12.0 QMacCocoaViewContainer causes the application to crash

      Find the test application attached. It works with Qt 5.9.6, 5.11.1 and 5.11.2, but crashes with 5.12.0 beta 2. Tested on macOS 10.13 and 10.14.

      Before crashing, it outputs the following:

      ASSERT: "!topLevelWindow->handle()->isForeignWindow() && !window->handle()->isForeignWindow()" in file qcocoabackingstore.mm, line 92
