Regression: Fusion Colours

      The background of several of the widgets (including checkboxes as attached) is a darker grey in 5.12 making them look inactive or incorrect.

      Also noticed it in the background colour of progress bars, the background of my graphicsview, and one of the alternating colours in a QTreeView.

      If you need more example images I can make some.
