Mouse Clicks not Recognised After Switching to X Session from a Virtual Terminal

    Description

      After commit 'd6721430' [1], visiting a virtual terminal and returning an X session will render parts of Qt applications not clickable (keyboard controls still work as expected).

      One method to reproduce:

      • Launch KWrite
      • Press Ctrl-Alt-F1
      • Press Alt-F7
      • Try to Open a File in KWrite

      Nothing can be clicked in the open-file dialog.

      Tested using LXQt and Xfce, on Gentoo Linux with the proprietary nvidia-drivers.
